4-meter transfer tool
Product description
This 4-meter transfer tool has been specially developed for the production of a high-precision aluminum structural component with a material thickness of 2.5 mm. The component is part of the body structure of an exclusive sports car and meets the highest standards of precision, stability, and manufacturing quality.
The tool was entirely developed and manufactured in-house in our own toolmaking department. After completion, it is used in our press shop to produce the sheet metal parts in series.
Application
The transfer tool is designed for automated use in the manufacturing process. It ensures the accurate positioning and processing of the aluminum part between individual production stages. With a performance of up to 18 strokes per minute, it enables highly efficient series production, maintaining tight tolerances and consistently high part quality.
